The EJC's Unity Labor Partners program provides low-income workers with a way to earn a fair wage for their work, and the community with access to affordable services. By connecting laborers with those who need them, we provide a benefit for everyone involved.

The Program: Unity Labor Partners promotes employment leading to more secure employment among workers who are left out of the job market, by providing quality jobs and a minimum $10.00 per hour wage.

Services: Through Unity Labor Partners, EJC offers low-income households access to needed services at rates that they can afford, while offering those left out of the job market a way to earn a wage while learning a trade.
