Currently housed at 2092 Prince Avenue Athens, GA 30606, the Workers Rights Center supports workers in a variety of different areas.  Through a partnership with the Public Interest Project at the UGA School of Law, workers have access to law students and attorneys for advice on issues of wage theft when they are not paid as they had been promised, after completing their work.  They also pursue issues of Occupational Safety and Health on the job which are covered by the OSH Act.  The WRC can assist in filing claims for job-related violations with the Athens Clarke-County magistrate's court.
